This deck began as the precon Kiora deck from the Elspeth vs. Kiora Dual Deck, which I attempted to improve. It was one of the first decks I had, and was "improved" somewhat clumsily. It could use a true, thoughtful reworking. If anyone has some advice on how to strengthen this deck, and to make it more fun, I would appreciate the help. I'd love more dangerous sea beasts, kraken and the like, and more merfolk tribal synergy. I'm okay with going over 60 cards. (I do know that the mana balance is off.) Thanks!
