Jund Goblin Company got better. I was literally joking about Ignoble Hierarch and then they printed it! Coco into combo, or into tutors to combo.

The combo is to either Untap with Conspicuous Snoop or give a Snoop haste with Goblin Warchief , and then cast Boggart Harbinger . Harbinger searches for Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker , which means Snoop now has Kiki-Jiki's ability to tap to create a Copy of a nonlegendary creature with haste. This means Snoop can now tap itself to create an untapped copy of itself with haste. Create a large pile of Conspicuous Snoops, and then with the last one copy Harbinger instead, this time placing to the top of the deck Sling-Gang Lieutenant , in turn giving each Snoop the ability to sacrifice itself to drain the opponent for 1 AKA infinite life loss.

The rest of the deck is some combination of Mana Ramp and Tutors on bodies, and Collected Company , so you can Coco into your combo (while you can't always combo off at instant speed, Harbinger searches for itself and you combo off on the next turn after cocoing). You could play into a more midrange style Goblins deck and Coco into more Goblins instead of running Imperial Recruiter but this version is a very pure combo version - nearly every spell helps you combo off early. Munitions Expert just makes the cut as good removal that is tutorable and a good hit off of Coco, and you could play with Mogg War Marshal over Goblin Warchief , but you'll be giving up some T3-T4 kills to do it (makes the midrange plan more viable). There are lots of alternative ways to win with Goblins available in Modern, but I think consistently comboing early is too appealing not to try it. I also haven't like Grumgully combo now that Snoop exists, even though I think it was a viable way to play Goblins in its time. It isn't as consistent and doesn't have as good a back-up plan as this version, and trying to jam both combos just feels Janky when I've tried it. More appealing is a Midrangey Goblin deck, maybe something that uses Goblin Chieftain as a hastemaker and Lord, with a larger toolbox of useful goblins, like Goblin Cratermaker and Goblin Trashmaster , Earwig Squad . You could also try and fit in Pashalik Mons even in pretty much any version. But I like the list nice and pure - Ramp to your combo, and search it out as fast as possible.
