My attempt at a reanimator deck designed for some speed, able to put Griselbrand out turn 1 potentially, though I pretty much require Dark Ritual. I like the slowish Regisaurs specifically to either eat removal if I Ritual one out turn 1 (while potentially allowing me to discard a fatty or two. Note, this is a bad turn 1, when all I got to do was put out a 7/6 beefcake), while the Prowler offers another potentially threatening body at reasonable cost. It is usually key however to get one or more big creatures into the Graveyard, then reanimate them, but less key than in some such decks. Regisaur is also easily reanimated if there is nothing else worth bothering with, or I need a 2nd for Victimize .

Verdant Force is in the sideboard to deal with forced sac using opponents, like pox, which will normally eat my lunch (they usually kill my eldrazi, then reanimate it themselves), but with that extra 1/1 being put in during their upkeeps too, it becomes too difficult to deal with the threats in time, and technically it (and it's weenies) are threatening, just not as good as an annihilator other than this corner case. Terastodon is in here as non-creature removal, incase someone runs things that prevent me from swinging. Probably could run a one maindeck, but we'll see. Koma, Cosmos Serpent seems pretty good I guess, doing the job of Verdant Force better while offering far more side-value, being able to turn off annoying permanents like Planeswalkers trying to crimp my style. Indestructible just seems like completely unnecessary gravy, but in this case it seems good, allowing Koma to protect itself from sorcery speed removal reasonably well.

I wonder how mixing in some other colors would work here. Red has those sweet rummage spells, while Green offers lots of graveyard shenanigans. Rites of Spring seems like a really interesting card if you want to run fast mana to get to the 2 mana cost turn 1, at which point you clear your hand of anything worthy of reanimation and find some of your few lands to ensure smooth play. Not sure if it's entirely practical. Green also has good stuff like Once Upon a Time, enabling you to maybe skimp a bit on creatures and lands.
