My Black/Green IRL Deck

I know very little of magic, and am a casual not looking to spend much on cards. I would like to know why my deck sucks. I'd prefer to not get rid of any mainboard cards, and would rather add synergy, but I realize that may not be realistic.

I want to double-down on +1 gimmick, and hopefully add add at least one each, Hexproof(or other counter shutdown), and Reach(or flying Counter)
