Fast Prison/Taxes deck that punishes the opppnents manabase while providing efficient clocks. I ended up making the very odd choice of Spitebellows as my secondary removal piece in the main deck, as: 1. Doesn't get countered by Chalice on 1, 2. Winds of Abandon gives the opponent a basic in the blood moon deck 3. Can hit Primeval Titan and flyers, unlike Roast .
