I have made this deck inspired from a deck someone use in mtg arena. using cards such as ritual of rejuvenation revitalize and gaea's blessing. Thoughts on this deck? and how to improve .
comments would be helpful
The goal of this deck is of course Ramping. You ramp for pelakka wurm. Casting can trips like revitalize and ritual of rejuvenation to draw to the cards you need and gain life in the process which can be useful against aggro decks. Teferi is there because it could also help to gain draw advantage, removing some pesky permanent or it could also win the game if its sticks long enough. Even if pelakka wurm is killed, u could get it back by using gaea's blessing along with up to two more other cards like board wipes, can trips depending on the match ups. The deck is quite weak to cards like vraska contempt. I added the march im the sideboards to go against a deck playing vraska contems, even if it were discarded, it can be brought using the blessing
This deck has been tested against, multiple top decks within the format. Against aggressive decks for example, boros aggro and mono blue, usually by the time u slam a pelakka wurm, u take the game.
My strategy against mono blue tempo is just keep getting life with can trips, until I find some board wipes. Although sometime the board wipe gets counter. Carnage tyrant is a good finisher against this deck. The match will favor a bit more after sideboard
Against control is a bit harder as your spells get countered and removed. But when carnage tyrant is on the your side of the field and they dont have settles and cleansing nova. You might run with the game. After sideboards with the addition of counter spells and the immortal suns, assuming it resolves. this deck can give a fight with control deck
Sideboards are to be updated
*looking to make a 4 color wurm deck without the black mana in standard, using ral, teferi, pelakka wurm and etc
