I'm interested in reading more about the Heliod and Enchantress match-ups?

Maybe you could apply strategies from your wins to mitigate your weaknesses.

Suppression Field in the side board seems like a reasonable response to planes walkers, but Magus of the Moon is redundant in my opinion.

If you just need a few extra points to either bolt a PW, or to target an opponent FTW, then Heated Debate or Exquisite Firecraft could be used in the side board.

For more powerful post board games: You could consider splashing a third color towards very contentious lines of play like Slaughter Games or Wreak Havoc.

It looks like Boseiju, Who Shelters All might be the smartest addition.

I have replaced Wreak Havoc with Hull Breach , which reduced the average converted mana cost of this deck from 4.05 to 4.02, which is great, and, as nice as it is to be able to destroy annoying lands, it is more important to be able to destroy two permanents for less mana, and I am certain that an average game shall have a greater number of annoying enchantments than of annoying lands.

Wreak Havoc may be a card worth looking at also Shatterstorm

My question is you say you turn 1 ld spell. So opening hand has 2 spirit guides? Ponza decks can destroy land turn 2 which if your on the play its like the opponents first turn never happened. Turn 3 big threat... i just dont get how keeping them off mana with so many mana dorks or quick decks like storm and affinity lets this deck win. (Affinity may not be as bad because of all the artifact hate spells) like slow ramp to turn 6 to play something seems ineffective.

Few other finishers Glorybringer Combustible Gearhulk Carnage Tyrant and also Shattering Spree could be good. I like gearhulk with your graveyard package because if they take the damage you can grab it back.

I always appreciate a good LD deck, I run one myself based around ramping quickly into things like Stone Rain and Wreak Havoc.

My only suggestions are Natural State and Kessig Wolf Run. It's doesn't have many addition effects but Natural State is very low cmc. Kessig as a one off could help push damage through on hellkite or thrun

+1 from me

So I noticed you are a little light on tutors, mainly just Vampiric Tutor and Cruel Tutor. You also absolutely need more artifact removal, particularly ones that can't be countered like Abrupt Decay and Wreak Havoc, as I can say that from experience 99% of ppl in high tier will tutor up Torpor Orb, play it immediately, and reserve a counter or two to protect it.

Cheers!

@jalka Utopia Sprawl sounds like a good replacement for Wild Growth. Rootbound Crag sounds good as well. Compared to Stomping Ground there wouldnt be the disadvantage of paying 2 life if not played in turn 1. Rampant Growth is also a nice tip here, because I can put that land - well, only "basic land" but this doesnt matter - directly (yeah, tapped) into play. I am not sure what to say about Mwonvuli Acid-Moss. Pro to Wreak Havoc is that it cant be countered, but Mwonvuli Acid-Moss has that search for a forest part which also makes it quite cool. Definitely will need to have a closer look on what it would change to my deck. Thanks for those helpful tips!

@CheapDecks101 I know that that sideboard only focuses on hate against artifacts, fliers and lands. Some card tips maybe that could counter other things well? Wild Cantor just dropped in because of the chance to pay it with 1 red or green mana in case there is one mana left that turn I want to cast the dragon (so that there is one more creature to devour). You may know one or two other cards with devour (and flying) that could safe the win as well as Predator Dragon? Also big thanks to you!
