Isperia's Flying Circus of Tools

Yo Mj3913, it's been awhile since I seen an Isperia deck. Here are some cards you can definitely consider adding!
- Clairvoyance - Essentially a cantrip, and can be used instant speed with Isperia.
- Lay Bare - Not cost efficient but a fun card that goes on theme.
- Sorcerous Sight - Another cantrip effect.
- Vendilion Clique - Can be tutored for, also makes them put away a card you don't like, as well as gives you more knowledge!
- Steel Hellkite - You only have a few ways of dealing with permanents this helps in needing that wipe.
- Stonecloaker - Protection and grave hate.
- Glen Elendra Archmage - Protection plus with the blink sub theme you can have a reuseable package.
You also have Capsize and Medomai the Ageless in your maybe board, i would definitely run those two cards in as it nets you value as well as a constant bounce effect which is always great to have!

If I was trying to make this deck on a budget the first thing I would cut is Snapcaster Mage, while he's very powerful, there are cards that can mimic his effect for a bit more mana at sorcery speed such as Scrivener, Pull from the Deep, or even Mnemonic Wall.
Another card I would cut is Visions of Beyond; I don't actually see it's "draw 3 cards" clause trigger all that often, so I can see it being a Sorcerous Sight or Quicken instead.
It's possible to cut Cunning Wish and the corresponding wishboard, and just run Blue Sun's Zenith and/or Brain Freeze in it's place, since those are the only combo pieces in the board. All the other cards in the wishboard are there to give Cunning Wish utility in games where you aren't going to combo off.
I'd say 95% of why I run Mind Over Matter is for the combo with Azami, Lady of Scrolls or Arcanis the Omnipotent, otherwise it's a nice effect to have, but not terribly useful. If you're not a huge fan of that combo then by all means cut it, although it is nice to have a hard combo to Blue Sun's Zenith into when you've generated ~40ish mana with High Tide but can't win through storm.
Finally Tectonic Edge is a great budget replacement for Strip Mine.

replace Seachrome Coast with Temple of Enlightenment. that will shave a couple of bucks off the price. scratch out the Judge's Familiar's since it is a pointless cancel card. just about everybody will be able to pay the 1 mana and you'll end up losing a 1/1 flyer. and replace Gitaxian Probe with Sorcerous Sight. much cheaper and same effect.
