Share the Spoils
Enchantment
When this enters the battlefield or an opponent loses the game, exile the top card of each player's library.
During each player's turn, that player may play a land or cast a spell from among cards exiled with this, and they may spend mana as though it were mana of any colour to cast that spell. When they do, exile the top card of their library.

Thanks for the comment and reading the description bjgivesbj! Yeah, Forced Fruition is great at flooding people with options while simultaneously functioning as a one-sided doomsday device.
I have considered Mind's Dilation and Well of Ideas before, but I haven't included them for the same reason I haven't included Eye of the Storm, they're just a little high on the CMC. I might consider putting Mind's Dilation in, but the other two are too high cost to be that symmetrical.
I have considered Grip of Chaos, but it introduces just a tiny bit too much chaos for this deck. This deck functions best when its Disruption is reliable, and Grip of Chaos just messes with our plan too much.
Cultural Exchange might work, since often this deck doesn't care about who controls the creature (like Ian), just that they are on the battlefield. But I don't know, it might be too situational to be good. (I do use this card in my Xyris deck, great in that.)
Storm Cauldron is interesting - it means if people take lands out of a Share the Spoils or Thieves' Auction pile, that those lands would end up going back to their owner. Possibly... But this might attract too much aggro our way, without us being able to actually shut down reliable play.
Shared Fate is interesting at first, but that would just turn into everyone putting the gun to my head and exiling my library when I force them to draw a bunch (like with Forced Fruition. They cast two spells and exile fourteen cards from my library? And then cast Pongify from those cards to get seven more? HA!). It has WAY too much potential to backfire once people realize what they can do. Nope.

Nice deck, seems fun to play !
You may take a look at folliwing cards that may fit your "play from exile" strategy : Share the Spoils, Wand of Wonder or Fevered Suspicion. (I highly recommend Share the Spoils, which is a very fun card to play in EDH.)
Revel in Riches may be a strong win conditions to add in your deck. However, I don't think it's a fun card and your deck doesn't seem to be built to be overpowered.

I love playing one or two group hug cards in all my lower power decks, but there's better options that have been printed. Pendant of Prosperity is a personal favorite, either allying with one player or giving the player in last place a Faustian deal to get them back in the game, for a price. Share the Spoils isn't good for every deck with red, but plenty of decks play cards that aren't too tempting, and when the pool is mostly your cards it plays like a discount Outpost Siege.

SacredAtsira, I'd cut Share the Spoils as it offers an advantage for your opponent(s).
Volcanic Salvo is a cute card but for that mana value I'd prefer a game ending or totally field warping.
Surge to Victory is a double edged sword. If your creatures get ran into a Fog you lost your spell. Even if there is no fog effect if the creatures get blocked by 0/1 tokens you're in the same position. I don't see a lot of ways for you to force damage through.

Yes, if a player concedes Share the Spoils will trigger.
104.3a A player can concede the game at any time. A player who concedes leaves the game immediately. That player loses the game.
