Rielle, the Everwise seems very viable. As does Runechanter's Pike, Glamdring, and Think Twice. Desperate Ravings seems more reliable that you'd think. Crackling Drake gives you a heave hitter. Desolate Lighthouse and Geier Reach Sanitarium seem good too. Anvil of Bogardan is reliable and gives you no max hand size. Oona's Grace lets you filter out mana flood situations. Drownyard Temple is ramp from the graveyard. Burning Inquiry is pseudo mill. Academy Ruins can get stuff back if you discard it. Niv-Mizzet the Parun and his variations seem solid. Reliquary Tower is awkward but viable. Goblin Lore means you have a heavy hitter for a turn. Exalted Flamer of Tzeentch and Charmbreaker Devils gets you stuff back... as does Revolutionist.

Add Gitaxian Probe, Maybe some actual storm cards if you are doing storm any way like Grapeshot. Consider adding Storm-Kiln Artist and Otherworldly Gaze with flash back you have 2 chances to hit it. Hullbreaker Horror is also great. This might let you storm off more Gale, Waterdeep Prodigy. This is an option for damage and to keep gas in the tank Exalted Flamer of Tzeentch

Torbran is a replacement effect, so no trigger goes on the stack with him. It's the same with any other damage increasers like Fiery Emancipation, Furnace of Rath, Angrath's Marauders, etc. Veyran, Voice of Duality could work pretty well with things like Exalted Flamer of Tzeentch, Electrostatic Field, Thermo-Alchemist, and any other things that allow you to ping for one damage any time you cast an instant or sorcery, though.
