At the beginning of your upkeep, you may remove a creature card in a graveyard from the game. If you do, put a +1/+1 counter on Entrails Feaster. If you don't, tap Entrails Feaster.

I think you should consider using more useful enabler like Cauldron Familiar which can drain opponents after repeated etbs, Entrails Feaster which can grow bigger each turn with no investment, or Watchers of the Dead that can act as graveyard hate
You could also add more email blurs with pseudo evasion like Black Cat which will force a player to discard if blocked, Dreadmalkin that has menace, Frost Lynx which will stop a blocker, and Illusory Ambusher which will draw cards if blocked

Hey, you should definitely play Cauldron Familiar, Dreadmalkin,Entrails Feaster and Illusory Ambusher as enablers

I would add more 1 and 2 drops to make you less attractive to attack during the first 3/4 turns. In turn 3, you should have at least 2/3 zombies on the table. You can Always sac them later on, or even first use them as blockers before you sac them with Gisa (their power will probably be higher because of all the +1/+1 abilities your other zombies give).
- Entrails Feaster: Should do fine in multiplayer.
- Festering Mummy: Cheap and annoying.
- Wight of Precinct Six: Cheap, and this dude will grow strong quite quickly in a multiplayer game and before someone sends him to your graveyard, you just sac him at instant-speet with Gisa.

Livingham it exists: Sacred Cat. But it self exiles and only makes one token, so no beauno. Honestly they are two very different tribes with little crossover granted I used to play Entrails Feaster in my early days. It's too bad nothing like Dralnu's Crusade for cats exist....yet.

Been looking at your deck for a bit now and playing around with my own Zombie deck.... crazy thought here, but....saw a card.
Waste Notx3.... Each instance is going to trigger A LOT!!!
I am strictly thinking of the fact that wherever you are playing you should be??? playing a 3 game match???, right???.... so lets have some fun with his deck....confuse your opponent during games 2 and 3..... But play your deck and try this "Swap".... Later.
Remove your Geth's Verdict's from the side board and add in Waste Not... one for one...
Remove 1x each of these YOUR SIDEBOARD really only needs, 12 CARDS!!! Bile Blight, Surgical Extraction and Thoughtseize's and now along with the 3x Waste Not's.... 12 cards total. *technically your sideboard is 15 cards, so feel free to add in x3 of "A Spell/s" and get your other WIN to go 2 and 0 for that round and move on to the Finals... but, here is one win for EACH round..... lol
With the Metas that are out there What An AWESOME SIDEBORD CHANGE,.... for all your Zombies..... (or any Mono-Black deck really? A 12 card Sideboard, just 12, do it once...I'm building a deck around this)
Sideboard out of YOUR deck though; ON GAMES 2 and/or 3....
Only your Instant and Sorcery Spells
If you are not new at Magic, then a very good chance you will very quickly learn AND/OR ALREADY KNOW what your opponents deck is... A Blue Counter Spell Deck, A Burn Red/Black Rakdos Deck, Etc.....
What a great way to confuse your opponent.... 2nd game or even for the 3rd game.... Bile Blight, Surgical Extraction and Thoughtseize's and now along with the 3x Waste Not's ......
With an early Thoughtseize play and DO NOT ever target a "CHEAP" 1/1, 2/2 CREATURE SPELLS.....Go for the BIG BAD spells obviously 1st.... let him play 1/1 2/2's... better for you possibly. Now follow that play with the Extraction play AND IT COULD BE ALSO ON TURN 1 and A loss of 2 Life, you could hit THAT CARD you just had him discard.... ALL 4 COPIES OF IT Or Did he just play and discard something better???.... and if he played, Maybe a Lanowarr elf (he costs doesn't he?) or some "CHEAP 1/1, 2/2 CREATURE"" mana ramp-er, Invisible Stalker, ETC....??? TARGET ALL OF HIS/HER 4X 1/1 CREATURE SPELLS....Use the Bile Blight BEFORE using the Extraction... Turn 5 Later-Game, Thragtusk or some shit like that, Get your own Zombies out first, and then Late game the Supreme Verdict's.... Man I hated playing against Thrag and Verdict... lol
and now with what I'm adding here.... Waste Not........ for a total of 6 mana ... TURN 3....

A possible 2nd card like Index, Lightning Bolt, Etc.... Surgical Extraction THAT CARD SHIT.
for BOARD WHIPE his Invisible Stalker, Birds of Paradise...with Bile Blight's **AND THEN Surgical Extraction ALL OF THEM FROM HIS DECK..... or a 2/2 OR A 3/3 too, on later Turns......
Unfortunatly, I m not sure, Yet, how to "Trigger" the Land Discard Ability...
but you need a TURN 2 DROP FOR YOU..... Waste Not ....2/2 ZOMBIE Tokens, Free Mana, maybe, and Draw Cards..... for YOUR ZOMBIE'S and why I am posting this now... What an AWESOME combo of 4 cards, AND with cheap-ish Creatures..... I think i'm building a deck around those 4 cards..... Rakdos Cackler or something.... You wanna "Chump Block" MY Cackler? sure, Extraction... Not again with that card again you won't..... lol...
But for you...... you might want to MAX out your Cheapest 1/1 Zombies.... I don't know, Carrion Feeder and Gravecrawler's... Neat combo... Cryptbreaker, which might be interesting in here also... lol just found this while searching tapped out... Entrails Feaster, .... MAX OUT CHEAP ZOMBIES WITH Crawlers and Diregraf's, etc. which are already in here, AND KEEPING TO YOUR TRIBAL THEME too. Keep in mind I said sideboard 12 cards, YOU DID KEEP your 4x Ghoulcaller's Chant's RIGHT?........

Start confusing your opponent's deck..... DO YOU KNOW WHAT META GAME HE IS PLAYING WITH after game 1??? PICK IT APART! But this is your GAME 2 or GAME 3, WINS.... You Gotta know what he has first!

If you're looking for some more ramp I tend to see quite a few grixis decks running Braid of Fire as it IS just free mana as the game goes on. Perhaps Entrails Feaster if you want some more cute zambies

Azn_Sasuke sadly Purraj of Urborg is WAAY to expensive, since I want to keep everything pretty low cost for speed purposes. I was contemplating Entrails Feaster, I'm just not sure if it would work well in conjunction with Immortal Servitude
