What is blue magic also known as? Control magic. But there is a major component to control that is ofter forgotten: knowing. This deck seeks to control the game by its knowledge of what is happening. Cards like Telepathy and Thoughtseize keep you informed as to what is going on beyond your sight, and cards like Remand and Repeal keep your opponent's hand full of cards that you're aware of. After you have total control over your opponent's every move, finish them off either by dwindling their life total down to 0 with Snapcaster Mage, or beat them down with Batterskull.
