Someone has already noted that you are lacking removal. I do not know what Dragon Bell Monk is doing in the sideboard. I think the weakest card you have maindecked is Lithomancer's Focus simply because it is not a cantrip. I would swap that out for removal. I would maindeck the lone Treasure Cruise. I would also use a couple of more fetchlands if they are available to you. Beyond that, it looks solid. All those cantrips with all of that prowess looks good.

Yeah, cut Lithomancer's Focus for some combination of Fiery Impulse and Wild Slash. Maybe also Roast or especially Valorous Stance if you're going to be facing big creatures. And you probably will be.
Cut down to 1-2 Jeskai Charm and get Treasure Cruise in there! The Charm's useful when you're behind or just need a quick finish, and it's nice if you run into a Hangarback Walker, but it's not a four-of. I'd even cut some Defiant Strikes to up your Cruises and Valorous Stances.
Sideboard stuff:More Roast is always good, but you may want to consider Draconic Roar. Sylvan Advocate and Warden of the First Tree are pains. Granted, Fiery Impulse's spell mastery bonus might make that one moot, and this deck wouldn't have a problem getting it.
You may want to consider Dragon Fodder or Hordeling Outburst, at least in the sideboard. That'll help you outrun or stave off other fast decks. Arashin Cleric also gets used a lot for that, but I'm not sure he'd do what you need in this deck.
Tall order, but if you have any Jace, Vryn's Prodigy Flip, at least sideboard him.
Hallowed Moonlight in the sideboard for Rally and CoCo. Also a cantrip, which is nice here.
Dragonlord Ojutai might be a useful as a 1 or 2-of in the sideboard if you're dealing with heavy removal decks.
Possible sideboard plan: lots of Dragon Fodder and Hordeling Outburst, plus Reckless Bushwhacker. Great way of dealing with slow decks.

I would have cut Seeker of the Way before either Stormchaser Mage or Mantis Rider. A lot of your creatures already have hast, so I still like Defiant Strike better than Expedite. Perhaps 2x and 2x might be better than 4x Expedite. Also, I think of Roast as a sideboard card.

yeah my friend has a deck similar to this its grixis though so it doesnt play mantis rider instead it plays Abbot of Keral Keep which you should play Expedite and Painful Truths which is only if you are playing black
