This deck is a Blue and White control deck. The main goal is to stall the game with spells such as Blessed Alliance, Immolating Glare, Void Shatter, and Fumigate.

While stalling you are also digging through your deck with card draw spells such as Anticipate and Glimmer of Genius.

Both of those strategies should put a decent number of instants and sorceries into your graveyard which fuels two of your win conditions: Rise from the Tides and Thing in the Ice  .

We also have some other heavy hitters to close out the game: Torrential Gearhulk, Archangel Avacyn  , Bruna, the Fading Light, Gisela, the Broken Blade, and Card: Part the Waterveil.
