Arcum's Astrolabe helps the deck mulligan very well. Arcum's Astrolabe also helps us cast Thopter Foundry / Goblin Engineer while leaving us an artifact to sacrifice for Reshape or Goblin Engineer
Reshape / Lotus Bloom package. Reshape can also be used to get our 2cmc combo pieces.
1 Goblin Engineer to get combo piece or Lotus Bloom . Arcum's Astrolabe / Chromatic Star / Chromatic Sphere / Mox Opal allows us to consistently be able to cast Goblin Engineer despite running primarily basic Snow-Covered Islands.
