This is a modification from my UR Pike deck. Talrand, Sky Summoner is a good addition for late game plays.

Added 2x Desolate Lighthouse s which gives a constant draw mechanism.
After a few test playings, I realized that I don't really have an answer to the UW version of this deck (particularly to the Geist of Saint Traft . To isolate the said creature, subbing in 4x Fog Bank s as replacements to the 4x Vexing Devil for a more defensive approach.

card:Chandra's Phoenix > Talrand, Sky Summoner for this deck in my opinion, talrand needs more spells like Gitaxian Probe and Gut Shot to be great. Maybe move talrand to sideboard
Rolling Temblor can be good against Geist of Saint Traft and Invisible Stalker for the mirror match/ against U/W pike
also Gut Shot for removing their Delver of Secrets Flip
Rolling Temblor is a good card against Geist of Saint Traft and Invisible Stalker but the thing is, my creatures also get burned. Seems like Bonfire of the Damned is the only answer...
I would replace the Pikes with Swords. I did it in Delver a la Drake, and I am so happy I did. The card:Runechanter's Pike won me quite a few games when I had 4 in, but the Swords still outshine it every time!
