Lots of ways, here’s one:

Turn 1: Stitcher's Supplier, mill over Bloodghast

Turn 2: Land, return Bloodghast to play. Cast Ornithopter. Sac all 3 creatures, cast Torgaar, Famine Incarnate. Drain a big chunk of life.

Turn 3: Land, bring back Bloodghast (it should have haste), attack with it and Torgaar. Then cast Fling on Torgaar.

Or...

Turn 1: Dread Wanderer, Memnite.

Turn 2: Ornithopter, attack for 3. Then sac all creatures, cast Torgaar.
