Here's my attempt at Tropical Merfolk relatively budget since I don't have 4 aether vial or cavern of souls. Instead, I'm using Gemstone Caverns as a rough (and far inferior) replacement for more aether vials. I'm using Yavimaya Coast instead of fetch lands to make sure I get green early to get that Kumena's Speaker out turn 1. Also, what's not to love about 12 lords?
