A janky storm deck with War of the Sparks new addition Bolas's Citadel

The main plan is to get an Citadel early on the battlefield with Trash for Treasure or Whir of Invention and use lots of cheap spells to get a high storm count. Main Wincons are either Grapeshot or Aetherflux Reservoir . Reservoir also helps to mitigate the life loss from the Citadel.

Artificer's Assistant and Codex Shredder scry or put away lands from the top of the library when the Citadel is on the board. Simian Spirit Guide enables getting Citadel as early as turn 2. Lotus Bloom is either mana ramp to hardcast Citadel or another free spell to grow the storm count.
