Change it up for the better —March 25, 2019
I've been getting some feedback from fellow players and so I decided to slighty change the deck:
-
Removed the 3x Soul Warden for +2 Auriok Champion and +1 Intangible Virtue. I think the higher CMCs aren't a bad trade for an overall improvement
-
Removed the 4 basic mountains for 4x Sacred Foundry, as it makes the mana base more consistent
-
Added +1 Young Pyromancer and +1 Impact Tremors to finish the playset
-
Added 1x Worship to the sideboard as a way of keeping myself alive when all else fails
-
Added 2x Eidolon of the Great Revel to the sideboard. Not a fan of the card but I can see more benefits than losses in this deck. Needs more testing
-
Added +1 Lightning Bolt to the sideboard, mainly to switch with Path to Exile when the extra burn matters and the removal not so much. Can also be used as a burn spell that's faster than Lightning Helix
-
Considering Hordeling Outburst or Midnight Haunting to swap with Spectral Procession in some matchups, as they are usually easier to play than the later
These changes make the deck more damaging without compromising the original idea of a balance between lifegain, tokens and burn
Yeah Deflecting Palm sounds good for sideboard to deal with big creatures.
I have Honor of the Pure to increase the stats in case I need the extra boost, but I'll research a combat trick to help out as well. Thanks

Super quick deck, very well thought out, although I do not see the purpose of running Lightning Bolt in the side. Because it is so fast, it is better in the mainboard or not in the deck at all.

Also, why are you running Isolated Chapel when you have no black in the deck?

jtstick35 it's to be able to flashback Lingering Souls

And Lightning Bolt is there as an alternative for Raise the Alarm for instance. If I need less tokens and more direct damage. Tho its true the sideboard isn't 100% set in stone yet

Intangible Virtue is probably the worst card in here. I'd consider dropping it altogether and running 4x Impact Tremors , 4x Young Pyromancer , and 4x Auriok Champion (or you could replace Auriok Champion with Soul's Attendant for the lower CMC)

Saljen you don't think a stat increase is needed? The tokens will get really weak that way. Burn damage will increase for sure but if I need the extra dmg from attacks I'll be stuck with feeble 1/1's

Hey there. I feel like there is a mixed focus here, with there being the whole aspect of life gain, while also burn. I think there has to be more of a commitment to one or the other. Soul sisters or burn. Because it's boros I'm going to assume you're going for more burn then life gain, so I'd probably contemplate removing the soul sister affect from the mainboard completely. Vexing Devil is a great one, procs impact tremors no matter what, and can do 1/5th of their starting life for 1 mana. Lightning Bolt is half the cost of Lightning Helix for the same damage, so it's definitely an incredible card. Mogg War Marshal is three creatures for 2, can't complain with that. Goblin Rabblemaster is a threat on his own while also creating tokens (a little slow maybe, could be sideboard for control or something though). I think Intangible Virtue is an interesting one, it could work if there is like 90% of creatures as tokens, but as it stands there are too many non-token creatures. It really has to be buffing at minimum 3 creatures to be of value. I might honestly take out the black and go for the faster route of cards such as Krenko's Command / Dragon Fodder type of cards. Also with taking out black it'll allow for easier mana base. Spectral Procession is also a littler harder to get off than Hordeling Outburst , if you're looking for an equivalent. I'd also probably get rid of Path to Exile as it really only works better than Lightning Bolt or similar cards when you're dealing with something greater than 3 health, in which case you could even use Flame Slash if you'd like. But if you don't have enough tokens to attack and not care at that point it's probably a dangerous situation anyway.
I hope some of my suggestions will be new/interesting ideas to you, and good luck!

Beware of trample cards. Since you are using red/white, I love deflecting palm for relflecting big hits. Since most mosters with trample have high attack stats, it can come in handy.
While I don't know any off the top of my head, maybe some enchantments or spells that increase the atk/def of all ceatures would help alot in a token deck (more than the 4 intagible virtues anyway).
