Hold up... What??? Based around getting stupid value from expensive spells. For example, you have swarm intel and sunbirds on the board. You cast overflowing insight, and draw 14 cards. then hit hour of promise off sunbirds, and get 4 tapped lands. I cant think of any other deck that can do this, and when you add the ability to insta mill your opponent by inisdious willing an overflowing insight with swarm out. thats 48 cards, and if you have a flipped primal amulet, 62.
