Hello! Thanks for checking my deck out! This is a pretty budget Izzet deck focused around cheap instants and prowess/magecraft wizards.

Pretty simple deck tech: For creatures, Balmor, Battlemage Captain is the legend of the deck, able to make all of the wizards stronger everytime we cast a cantrip. Harmonic Prodigy and Stonybrook Banneret make more value ot of your other cards, helping you get a lot more for a lot less. Viashino Pyromancer and Electrostatic Infantry are the strikers of the group, who are going to be doing a lot of damage.

As for spells, we've just got a lot of cantrips to trigger our prowess over and over, and most of them draw cards as well, so they help keep the engine rolling. We also have Flame of Anor because it's amazing, it works super well since we almost always have a wizard out, it lets us draw two and then deal with something an opponent might have. Step Through, on the other hand, is a wizard tutor for whatever you don't already have(typically Harmonic Prodigy or Electrostatic Infantry) It is not a five mana bounce spell.

Sideboard adds a lot more interaction for when I need it, though I still have a space in it but I don't know what for.

The mana base is quite simple, I'm too sophisticated to have tap lands but also too poor to get any expensive Izzet lands. Just basics, Sulfur Falls, and then some more fun ones that work quite well.
