Lantern control is not a traditional deck, but this is not even a traditional lantern control deck. The goal of this deck is to use cards that reveal the top card of player's libraries to predict and control the board state the way you want to. This is done by using Courser of Kruphix, Mul Daya Channelers , and Oracle of Mul Daya to give ourselves an advantage. Lantern of Insight and Telepathy help to see what your opponent is planning. Counterbalance, Codex Shredder, Dakra Mystic , and Pithing Needle help to prevent the opponent from playing or drawing what they want. Rashmi, Eternities Crafter is simply amazing when the top card of your library is already always revealed, and Tarmogoyf works well with all the cards being milled. Advice is very appreciated.

NOTE: I'm not the most experienced Lantern Control player so if anyone has advice, PLEASE let me know, I'm always looking for ways to make decks better (especially with budget alternatives).
