The perfect hand:
1 Amulet of Vigor, 1 Lotus Cobra, 1 Ob Nixilis, the Fallen, 1 Scapeshift, and 3 lands with one of them being something that can either fetch for green or tap for green.
T1: Land, Amulet of Vigor
T2: Land that taps for or can fetch for green, Lotus Cobra
T3: Land, Landfall triggers from Lotus Cobra, play Scapeshift, sac all lands and fetch 3 new lands, tapping them to add at least 2 black to play Ob Nixilis, the Fallen.
T4: Hopefully they didn't kill Ob and you drew into a Scapeshift, because you want to play a land and Scapeshift again, getting fetches is important on this one, because you can fetch for more land to trigger Ob's landfall ability, which should have happened 4 from the Scapeshift, and 4 from the fetches you got from the Scapeshift, landing you a T4 win.
The Backup Plan:
Get out Knight of the Reliquary if the game is going south, fast, and try to stall until you can get a Prismatic Omen, 7-8 lands in play and a Scapeshift in hand, play the Scapeshift, go get lands and 1-2 Valakut, the Molten Pinnacles depending on the situation, and you should have a win.

-Scapeshift with Ob and Amulet out, go get 4 fetches, fetch 4 more lands, and BAM! Your opponent has lost 27 life and Ob got 27 +1/+1 counters, making him a 30/30 if they survived the loss of 27 life on turn 4.
Backup Plan:
Knight of the Reliquary-An absolute beater with enough land cards in your graveyard and can stall out a game if needed to get your combo in place.
Prismatic Omen-This card is used to set up your backup combo by making all of your lands mountains.
Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle-This is your backup combo card, using it in the combo with Prismatic Omen + Scapeshift + Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle
, which is used with 7 lands with 1 Valakut for 21 damage, because Valakut becomes a mountain, or 8 lands with 2 Valakuts for 48 damage.
