I discovered this during a buddy's cube draft a little bit ago. I drafted a Rhonas and Golden Guardian on pack 1 picks 1 and 2, and the combo was a lot of fun to play with. It got me thinking, and I came up with this deck. Here's the "ideal" play:

T1: 1st land must be green to play Llanowar Elf. T2: 2nd land, tap both with Elf to play Rhonas. T3: 3rd land, tap everything to play Golden Guardian. Attack with Rhonas. T4: If you have four lands by now, then this will work: Have Rhonas fight the Guardian with the Guardian's ability. This will turn it into Gold-Forge Garrison. If Llanowar Elf did not die at this point, use its mana to help summon Gideon. Activate Gideon's 2nd ability so he becomes a creature for the turn (he can't attack due to summoning sickness. Rules state that Gideon was already on the battlefield as a Planeswalker, but changed states to become a creature for the turn, thus making him subject to summoning sickness on the turn he's played. Rhonas can still attack this turn though, if you make Gideon a creature. T5: You have several options by turn 5 if everything plays more or less perfectly:

a) (Worst outcome) You should be able to fight the Guardian against Rhonas on this turn if you missed it earlier. b) Get Gideon's emblem from his 3rd ability and make a golem token by paying 4 mana and activating the Gold-forge Garrison's ability. Rhonas can attack alone this turn if you get a golem. c) (The "perfect turn") Have Gideon become a creature again so Rhonas can activate. Pay Rhonas's mana ability to give Gideon +2/+0 and trample. This will force your opponent into blocking both a 5/5 deathtouch and a 6/4 trample. Both of these "creatures" (a god and a planeswalker) will be indestructible. T6: By now if your opponent survived the last attack, they should have no creatures left to mount a solid defense. If you attack again, they might call the game and sweep.

This deck is meant to start attacking right away if you get a good starting hand, or stall for time with board-wipes and removal enchantments until the right cards come up. This deck does not draw quickly or have a way to consistently deal with blue, so play your hand carefully.

Tinkered with it a bit for some ramp and land drops. Corrected a few spells as well.
