Just a cheap, casual deck that looks fun to play.

For ultra budget, swap Bloodstained Mire and Mana Confluence for basic lands. They're 4/5ths of the deck's price.

This deck really needs 4x Bloodstained Mire & 4x Mana Confluence to be consistent with such a small splash. For budget reasons, you can swap them from the much, much slower Temple of Malice, Evolving Wilds, or Bloodfell Caves. If you don't want to sacrifice speed, you can just run more basics and hope you hit your colors when you need them.

I've given no thought to the sideboard, so suggestions are very welcome.
