Predatory Sliver and Sinew Sliver should both be 4-ofs in my opinion due to how efficient they are. I also would highly recommend Aether Vial for the deck as:
1) Your slivers can't be countered if you vial them in
2) Dropping a lord live Predatory Sliver and Sinew Sliver can mess with combat for your opponent
3) Doesnt require you to have all the colors of mana

And with Aether Vial you can play a creature during your opponent's turn so you can untap your vial again in your turn and the creature you cast with it is ready to go

I guess it started out as a budget deck @Lucky_Dutch, but in time I'm willing to dish out some cash for effective cards like the Aether Vial that was suggested. Thanks for that. I'll get 4 Sinew Sliver. Which creatures should I take out for the 4 Sinew Sliver @Firebones675?

Is it your goal to build a budget sliver deck?
Check out my modern deck, Yes is more expensive because of the mana base an the artifacts. This deck runs like hell and by turn 5 its game over..If you got questions im alway willing to help out :)
