I've had some success with this deck. It can go off pretty quickly, and it's surprisingly durable versus many decks. It's mostly designed to be a cheap deck, honestly.

I've tested this and it's not bad versus mono-blue. Master of Waves can be shut down with the Sphere of Safety, Cyclonic Rift doesn't hurt the mostly cheap creatures I have in the deck, and the Soldier of the Pantheon works great against stupid Frostburn Weird . It's weak to decks that have a lot of fliers, though. I need to fix that in the sideboard somehow.

I also haven't played anyone who hasn't had to read Martial Law when it comes out. But it's a Pacifism that can move to an opponent's best creature every turn, and since it stays out forever, it helps out the Ethereal Armor and Sphere of Safety.
