Hello and welcome to Mill Street Brewery! At Mill Street we are a bunch of drunk crazy people who aim to NEVER attack the opponent. You heard me right! WE WILL NEVER TURN OUR CREATURES SIDEWAYS! How do I know? 0 power on all of my creatures. Am I crazy? I don't know! So grab a cold one and come watch the magic happen! At GP LA U/B mill did VERY well and as a result I got inspired to start brewing some spicy mill builds. This build is what I think combines the best if GP LA's awesome performance and hating out my current meta. One thing I noticed about the GP LA list is that it did not have any maindeck way of dealing with an eldrazi titan's reshuffle ability. So I have added that as well as some other changes such as Oboro, Palace in the Clouds due to its interaction with Hedron Crab. Let me know what you think! Ghost Quarter: Gives me a way of activating Archive Trap.
Oboro, Palace in the Clouds: Here for the way it interacts with Hedron Crab.
Shelldock Isle: Free spells are good right?
Archive Trap: Mills real real good.
Crypt Incursion: Keeps me alive while I sit here and never attack my opponent.
Extirpate: This is here mainly for Tron decks and the such.
Visions of Beyond: Draw 3 for 1 mana! Wait a second I have heard of something like this before now if only I could possibly remember...
Hedron Crab: This may be the only time in your life when you hear this... CRABS ARE GOOD! Especially this little guy. He can more than pull his weight. Combos nicely with Oboro and chump blocks later.
Howling Mine: Helps me keep a full hand and reduces the opponents deck.
Breaking / Entering: Mills stuff good.
Glimpse the Unthinkable: Mills stuff real good.
Mind Funeral: Mills stuff real real good.
Ensnaring Bridge: I don't attack my opponent why should they ever be allowed to attack me?!
Mesmeric Orb: Provides a semi-consistent mill effect.
Side Board explanation
Set Adrift: Hates on Leyline of Sancitity, Blood Moon, and Chalice of the void amongst others.
Leyline of the Void: hates on Eldrazi Titans.
Profane Memento: Helps me live through aggro .
Damnation: Again aggro.
Extirpate: Eldrazi Titans.
