The Dimir, by far my favorite guild and this is probably my favorite deck. Well enough of that onto the deck.

The deck's main objective is to mill your opponent while preventing your opponent from gaining any leverage. And in order to do this the deck utilizes the cipher and transmute abilities of the Dimir. The deck has mainly four and two drops. Dimir infiltrator using the transmute ability allows to search out any two drop card. While Perplex's transmute allows to search our any of the three drops meaning either the other counter spell or pilfered plans(which acts as an boost for the deck). Invisible stalker is one of the best cards in the deck. Being a two-drop hexproof and unblockable creature. It makes an excellent target to cipher your abilities to. And to explain the rest of the cards in the deck either provide plenty of blockers(Call of the Nightwing) to protect my life points while i mill my opponent. Others are there to speed up the milling (Mirko Vosk, the Mind Drinker) or alternate(Stolen Identity). Decks a bit slow to start but once it does it really starts to speed up, milling your opponent out of so many cards they'll wonder what happened to there deck.
