try to get infinite turns with Magistrate's Scepter.

Fastest realistic possible win is turn 4, so this is not a very fast deck. You don't technically win on turn 4 of course, this is just the turn where you start taking infinite-turns, but that's the same thing normally.

in theory you can go infinite on turn 3 on the play, i don't think turn 2 is possible in this build, if someone sees an option to make this possible, please let me know. f.e.:

turn 1. Forest + cast Voltaic Key

turn 2. Swamp/Tendo Ice Bridge + cast Coretapper

turn 3. land + cast Winding Constrictor + cast Astral Cornucopia for 0, put two counters on Astral Cornucopia with Coretapper, untap Coretapper using Voltaic Key, put two more counters on Astral Cornucopia with Coretapper, cast Magistrate's Scepter + sacrifice Coretapper to put 3 counters on Magistrate's Scepter, take an extra turn.

Turn 3+1. cast Power Conduit, put 2 counters on Magistrate's Scepter with it's own ability, make a third one using Coretapper , untap Magistrate's Scepter with Voltaic Key, take a turn, repeat,...

Cards used at the end of turn 3+1: 3 lands + 1 Voltaic Key + 1 Coretapper + 1 Astral Cornucopia + 1 Winding Constrictor + 1 Magistrate's Scepter + 1 Power Conduit = 9 cards played, 10 cards drawn. There are some other possibilies to get there on turn 3, but i don't think you can go faster.
