Thran Temporal Gateway into Lich's Mastery lets you drop the Mastery without succumbing to an alpha strike making you sacrifice and discard your position.

Arguel's Bloodfast paired with a ton of lifegain lets you aggressively draw cards until you get your key cards.

Fumigate, Noxious Gearhulk remove enemies while gaining life.

Matchup theory

Aggro: Tons of lifegain, blocking creatures, plus removal will wear out aggro.

Control: Cheap card draw will overwhelm them. Lich's Mastery is virtually unbeatable.
