I've been very happy with this iteration. It has been showing real competitive promise in playtests.

Vexing Devil synergizes so well with Disentomb and the Undying Evil choice. Here's an example of a consistent race for the first 4 turns:

Turn 1: Vexing Devil - opponent takes 4.

Turn 2: Disentomb him, cast him again, opponent's still okay with eating 4.

Turn 3: Snapcaster Mage Disentomb, drop the devil yet again. Now the decision becomes a bit harder, the opponent has taken 12 damage total by the end of my turn 3, unless they can swing for the win next turn they have no outraced me.

Turn 4: Hopefully by now I can drop a 4th land and Guttersnipe, leaving open a blue or black for any Undying Evils or Unsummons I may have stockpiled in my hand.

Cast Guttersnipe, pass turn. Depending on what they do and what's in my hand I have a lot of versatility here. Good chance I've held on to bounce, draw, undying protection so i can protect the snipe, if I can withstand more damage or whatever craziness my opponent is doing by turn 4, I can Thought Scour for ping and replacement, bounce Guttersnipe if he faces a threat, Undying Evil him if I need to block, and if I SB against control I could have a Dispel in my hand to handle most situations that wouldn't need to worry about the precious bounce spells.

So far it's tested through the roof against aggro. I tested against the standard BR zombies, BG zombies and RG aggro. RG aggro was the toughest match-up because it was main-boarding Dryad Militant. I was still impressed by it. BG zombies was dropping Deathrite Shaman and still being outraced and overpowered.

So far, so good, I say. Needs much more testing/tweaking, but it's ready for an event.
