Standard golgari. Plan is to fill the graveyard. flip journey to eternity using cards like vraska and plaguecrafter. Then use it to bring back creatures such as, Izoni, doom whisperer, Chupacabra, ect, ect. Its pretty straight forward but works pretty well and is fun.
