I'm putting a deck list together for an Izzet deck based around a ramped up Chasm Skulker getting Dragonshifted. Other option is to get the Skulker dead and overload the shift and really punch my opponent in the face with a bunch of dragons.

So what I'm thinking: Large chunk of spells control the board with removal and return. Another handful of cards dig through the deck and also help feed the Skulker. Lastly combo is to have Skulker, kill him with Barrage and then Dragonshift for the win.

Let me know what you think and should consider changing.
