This is a Fish deck that I am making for my friend who is super stoked at the release of the Goblins vs Merfolk duel deck. He is new to the game in general and I wanted to make him something casually competitive, so this brew is a budget deck to get him started. He likes the idea of playing with slippery fish rather than the goblin side of the duel deck, tho I will probably be making him a budget version of that deck as well at some point.
