Sideboard

One of my favorite decks from extended back in 2005/2006 ish (right after the Wrath Cycle and Urza's block cycled out of extended). This deck isn't really playable in Legacy or Vintage, but I wanted to have it on hand as a reference.

This deck works by milling yourself via the dredge mechanic, dropping Ichorids and Golgari Grave-Trolls into your graveyard. You can then play Ichorid for free and make huge trolls.

Because of how cost effective Circular Logic is (one blue mana to counter target spell unless its controller pays 17? Yes please!) and how well Stinkweed Imp controls the board with its recurring deathtouch, you can set yourself up to kill an opponent with a giant Psychatog. This can often happen in a single turn where you dredge half your library into your graveyard, discard your hand, flashback Deep Analysis, and swing for 20 damage even.

Life from the Loam with Tranquil Thicket, Lonely Sandbar, and Barren Moor creates an amazing draw engine. For BUG (or less), you get to mill 9 cards off your library (assuming you're just grabbing Life from the Loam), draw three cards, or a mix. Then you just dredge back Life from the Loam and repeat. The ability to draw three cards each turn for five mana nets huge card advantage.

This was one of the strongest decks in the format at the time and definitely the strongest build for Psychatog, being one of the most consistent tog variants.
