GRN came out and I fell in love with the new, scry-like, Surveil mechanic, both in the Prerelease and in drafts.

Thoughtbound Phantasm, Nightveil Sprite, and Doom Whisperer look like a winning trio to me, and I liked Torrential Gearhulk in the previous rotation for the "toolbox" aspect, so I decided to try a mix & match of spells to go alongside the Mission Briefing playset (which also brings an instant-speed Surveil).

Probably needs some streamlining (3 Lazav only, more removal?) but I want to test it that way.

Note : sideboard is really hectic and anti-Red Aggro - I need something to come up against Golgari Midrange, I suppose...
