Delirium, The Promised End

Standard BG (Golgari)

RTPancake

Sideboard

Emrakul is causing everyone to go crazy in Innistrad...and I want to continue that trend in MTG! :) Emrakul, the Promised End is just bananas...straight up bananas...but you have to be able to get her out onto the field. Delirium helps this, so I figured I'd build in that direction. More often than not, I should be able to cast her for 8-9 mana...but honestly...I'm hoping to have the game won before I have to do this.

Grim Flayer is insane value once delirium is hit...and guess what? He helps enable it, while filtering through the top 3 cards. Mindrack Demon is another enabler and is just straight value once Deli is hit reached. Inexorable Blob is there to help me go wide, while cards like Soul Swallower can get out of control quick if not taken care of.

Then, just throw in standard staple Sylvan Advocate, beasts like The Gitrog Monster and Reality Smasher to just crush your opponents face. Traverse the Ulvenwald can help me find any of these guys and I can pick something depending on the game state. If my creature that I tutor up gets killed? Well, Pulse of Murasa should help, and hopefully stabilize the life total as well.

Oh, and there's also Westvale Abbey   for board stalls...cough Hangarback Walker for a couple more months in standard is essential to this deck as well...as it gives me 2 for 1 value toward delirium...AND, if I am able to pump it up a bit I can sacrifice it to give me bodies to summon Ormendal OR just benefit from gaining multiple fliers if Hangarback itself gets sacrificed to the demon.

But, as stated earlier...Emrakul, the Promised End is there, in case any of this goes wrong.
