An attempt at a vampire tribal deck. Legion Lieutenant is a card I literally just recently learn about, and inspired me to make this list. It's not performing poorly, but I feel like I need a better 1 cmc black vampire than Guul Draz Vampire . I went down the Dega (Mardu) path because Stromkirk Captain is very good, and better SB options including Olivia Volderan. Legion's Landing   gives some great late game potential, and grinds out games when paired with Vampire Nocturnus .
