This is my take on a classic pauper deck!
The goal of the deck is to make your opponents feel miserable as you destroy every single one of their permanents and mess with their mana.
Heliod's pilgrim is a MVP here. It can fetch removal, mana disruption, card advantage and the infamous reality acid.
Many of the deck's decisions will come down to knowing what to get with the pilgrim. Versus most decks it comes down to this:
+ Need a quick removal spell? Grab a Guard Duty.
+ The game is further along and you want to remove a creature, or you need to gain some life? Faith's Fetters.
+ You need an early game card draw? Spreading Seas.
+ You need a late game card draw? Flight of Fancy.
+ You have stabilized the board and have a few bouncers in hand? Reality Acid.
The deck is very resilient and can deal with many of the format's threats.
Spreading seas is great versus tron decks, but it's also very good versus bouncelands and can be surprisingly strong versus very aggressive decks such as stompy or burn. They play so few lands than removing one or two can be devastating for them.
General Tips and Tricks:
+ Try not to use the last counter of a serrated arrow if possible. Use it when you have a bounce creature in hand, this way you can get 3 more uses out of the arrows!
+ You shouldn't cast reality acid without a bouncer in hand.
+ Mortuary Mire and a bouncer make for a great loop. You can slowly bring back every bounce creature in your graveyard this way. Simply play the mire targeting a bouncer, play the bouncer, returning the mire and repeat!
+ The bounce creatures are very versatile. You can bounce a pacified creature, flight of fancy nets you 2 cards, faith's fetters gains you 4 life, spreading seas is a card. Sometimes they will answer a journey to nowhere leaving it with nothing under it, you can bounce it to re-use it. Reality acid becomes vindicate. Kabira Crossroads is 2 life. Be sure to evaluate all of your options when casting a bounce creature.
