The battlefield is littered with the bodies of the forsaken. Hundreds of souls wander around aimlessly, the cries of wolves can be heard in the distance. Chanting starts as you approach a group of mad men, the Skirsdag. They shout the name "Ormendahl" over and over. They get louder and louder until they all scream in agony as a demon emerges from the middle of them, laughing horrendously.

With the release of the card Westvale Abbey  , I thought it there a way to break it? Well, this deck may not break the card, but it certianly helps it a lot. The main point to this deck is to get a lot of land, cast one or two Secure the Wastes, get Ormendahl, Profane Prince   out, and WIN! Please leave any and all suggestions you may have for the deck, I think this is a really cool idea, and maybe, just maybe, it will be good enough for standard.

• One of the best cards in the deck is Cryptolith Rite. This in combination with multiple Secure the Wastes is amazing, and it makes it so if you have creatures out for Westvale Abbey  , you only have to tap those creatures. This card it amazing.

• Den Protector is in here because it can get back things you may need that are in your graveyard.

• Dragonlord Dromoka is a big creature with lifelink that is kind of hard to deal with.

• Eerie Interlude is great protection, and if you hit one of your Ulvenwald Hydra, then you get another land.

• Hidden Dragonslayer is in here to remove some of there big creatures and it has lifelink.

• Nissa's Pilgrimage is one of the best ramp cards I have in the deck, it is just sweat.

• Nissa, Voice of Zendikar is a good token generator and can give your tokens a one time anthem effect. Basically a green Gideon with a better ultimate.

• Oath of Gideon and Oath of Nissa I am not sure about. Oath of Gideon gets you guys in the early game to use for Cryptolith Rite, but I'm not sure if it is the best. Oath of Nissa helps you find Westvale Abbey  , but that is really all it does. It can grab a creature, but I don't know.

• The bread and butter of this deck is Secure the Wastes. This card is so good. It does a lot you want it to do. It makes guys for Westvale Abbey  , it makes attackers at the end of your oppenent's turn, and it makes instant speed blockers. This card is so so good.

• Ulvenwald Hydra is basicly a fixed Primevil Titan that also gets bigger. This fetches for any land in your deck, and it has reach for those pesky fliers. Great card.

• And finally, the main card of the deck, Westvale Abbey  . A giant 9/7 flying, lifelink, indestructible guy that can attack the turn he is transformed...um...YES! I love this card and he is extremely good. A 18 point life swing with ONE card without any buffs, just YES.

That about just sums up the deck. You play ramp cards, play Secure the Wastes, play Westvale Abbey  , and attack with an insane amount of creatures. If you liked my beautiful deck then please leave an up vote. Again, I am looking for any suggestions you may have. WOHO FOR DEMONS IN GREEN!
