First draft of an extreme budget UW control build - target is $50 or less. I'd like to stick to two colors to keep the mana base affordable. Not looking to spend huge money here - Magic is a casual hobby for me, not a source of income - so I'd rather have several cheap, fun, FNM-friendly decks than 1 or 2 Pro-Tour level competitive ones.

That said, I'd love to hear some opinions on the deck list (What should stay, what should go, too much of this effect, not enough of that one, etc.) Trying to limit the price of any individual card to around $1 or less - although if the value is good enough, I'd go as high as $2 - so please no Snapcaster Mages, Cryptic Commands, etc.
