Your standard (or should that be Modern) Affinity deck with some notable tweaks

1) Glint-Nest Crane
This bird has been awesome in testing. A 1/3 flyer for 2 mana is fairly good, he can wear a Plating and can effectively block a good number of creatures in the format. However, the Impulse with wings is what makes the Crane playable in the deck. If you look at this slot as a choice between it and Thoughtcast, Crane is the better card; you don't need Affinity for it to be effective, and it digs you 4 cards deep instead of 2. You also have the option of card selection as opposed to card draw, which could brick. If you look at this slot as a choice between the Crane and Galvanic Blast, it comes down to if Blast is good in the meta. At this point in time, Blast isn't that great in the meta; it doesn't match up well against most of the top ten decks.

2) Spire of Industry
I've gone up to 5 rainbow lands, with a 3/2 split of Glimmervoid/Spire of Industry. This gives me a little added flexibility with my coloured cards, allowing me to sneak more in come sideboarding time. The life loss from Spire tends to be minimal, and the tradeoff between it and a powerful sideboard card is negligible. Blinkmoths are the worst of our lands, so one gets shaved.
