Deck combines some of the most efficient mill spells with creatures that either mill the opponent further or benefit from your opponent having a lot of cards in their graveyard.

Use Fraying Sanity to double the number of milled cards each turn. Combine this with a big mill card like Glimpse the Unthinkable and Duskmantle Guildmage's ability, to deal 20+ damage in 1 turn! Doom Blade and Death's Approach included to help keep the board clear while you mill your opponent's library down to nothing.
