This is a Storm deck with some added help from Waste Not. While in traditional storm you usually have blue cards that cantrip, Waste Not can simply exist and get value off of our red draw spells, Reforge the Soul and Burning Inquiry. However, it is a fact that storm can't be done well without blue. I've decided on Thought Scour to help with Pyromancer Ascension triggers, and Gitaxian Probe is just an excellent spell to have.
