Trying my hand at a spell slinger deck after seeing some new cards spoiled in Guilds of Ravnica. Friend told me it plays out like a tempo deck controlling the board state with counter spells and burn, I'm looking for ideas to improve the deck, trying to go mostly instants and under CMC 3, and at a budget of no more than 15$ a card, The only reason some of the cards are already in the deck is that i own them. the only thing im having problems with currently is the late game, keeping my hand full.
