Trying to put together a deck that works around milling, main combos work around Painter's Servant and Sphinx's Tutelage. Cards that help get the lands out of the way for Sphinx's Tutelage are Ghost Quarter and Mind Funeral.

I'm looking for some ideas on how to control the game while I mill my opponent. Any suggestions are welcome.
