You want to use Call the Bloodline to get as many vampire token as you can and cast the other cards for their madness cost.

There are some other cards like Heir of Falkenrath   or Elusive Tormentor   that can make you discard to use the madness on other cards if you dont have call of the bloodline.

The ratio discard/madness is quite good.

The win cons are buffing Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet, sacking for Westvale Abbey   or just by buffing all your vampires with Indulgent Aristocrat whenever you need it.
