This deck aims to control the board with counters and bounces until your opponent has one or two cards in hand, and you have 6 or more mana.

At 6 lands: Use Eldrazi Displacer to flicker a Halimar Tidecaller to return either Roil Spout if their last card is a creature, or Scatter to the Winds from your graveyard and then with three mana up, counter their only spell each turn.

Once you get more mana, start awakening lands and hammering. Assuming at this point you've bounced or countered their fliers, and with a Tidecaller in play, they are all flying.

Since you've got all the time in the world, Trail of Evidence gives you card advantage to keep the lands coming. If you get stalled, use Sea Gate Wreckage to get the engine started again.
